Rochester Rotaract had the opportunity to take part in the UM-R’s “Remix 2009” on November 5th, which was the inaugural event to gather young professional and not-for-profit groups together for one night.  We met many wonderful people associated with over 20 different organizations based in Rochester.  It just goes to show all of the great & hard working people who live in the Rochester area that are trying to make a difference in our community.

We set up a booth to display Rotaract to all who were in attendance.  We had many conversations and handed out a ton of flyers outlining what we have to offer.  We even made a few new friends (and saw many old ones) along the way. 

Our thanks go out to the UM-R group who undoubtedly put in a lot of time to make it happen, as well as all of the groups who were able to attend.  By all standards it seemed to be an overwhelming success.  We look forward to many more joint events!
